A pitch deck is a set of slides that provides an overview of a startup. It is important to understand who the pitch is aimed at so that the information is adapted accordingly. A pitch can therefore be aimed at investors, customers, partners and co-founders, for example. Essential components, however, are product description with unique selling point, problem and solution presentation, market analysis, business model, team, etc. Visually appealing slides are more likely to arouse the other party's interest.
