With the SCALEup incubation program, the START:IP technology marketplace and STARTKapital investments of up to 100,000 euros, we offer comprehensive support for innovative R&D-driven start-ups in the Austrian start-up ecosystem.
To date, more than 300 start-ups have already completed the program, demonstrating above-average survival and growth rates, creating more high-quality jobs and achieving higher sales figures than the average for their sectors. This also strengthens the innovative power of Vienna as a business location.
SCALEup
INiTS SCALEup with the Startup Camp is an internationally award-winning incubation program in which promising business models are developed with selected high-tech startups. We also support their growth through financing and networking.
The program consists of qualification, the Startup Camp (100-day intensive support with a workshop and training program and support from experienced consultants and mentors) and a further nine-month growth phase with individual coaching and special briefing sessions to overcome typical growth challenges.

SCALEup startups have the opportunity to apply for a virtual investment by INiTS of up to € 100,000 STARTKapital and thus obtain equity quickly and easily.

START:IP supports the commercialization of exciting research results by networking providers of cutting-edge technologies from academic or industrial research with interested founders, companies and investors.
