Stakeholders are persons or organizations that have an interest in a company's activities because they are indirectly or directly affected by them. Companies should therefore be aware of which stakeholders have an interest in their own company and what their expectations and demands are. Influential stakeholders in particular should be satisfied and their interests fulfilled accordingly. Typical stakeholders are employees, suppliers, customers, investors and many more.
